The Championship will be held in the gardens of Castel Sant'Angelo, part of the event “Letture d'estate lungo il fiume e tra gli alberi” (Summer readings along the river and between the trees).

This is a summer event dealing about books, music, theatre, games, food, and well placed in its environment.

The access to the event is open, and it is very often chosen as a meeting place for many thousand people every year from more than twenty year now.

The tables for the wargame championship will be placed inside temporary structures and protected in the (really unexpected) event of rain.
